At last, Palestine received the first doses of the coronavirus vaccine
The Middle East can rejoice with news of the arrival of the vaccine to Palestine. After a long period of uncertainty, forced by the policies of an apartheid state which have only focused on the wellness of its own citizens, 20,000 doses of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine arrived to Gaza. Sent by the UAE, which have always helped the besieged state on the humanitarian level, they are a good start to fight the disease and hamper its spread. Now, Palestine’s medical teams can benefit from this generous contribution, by serving the community.
