Standing Together in Prayer

From the prayer of praise to the Heavenly Father in the Catholic Church:

Holy Father, our heavenly Father, we worship, glorify, and praise your name, we kneel before you, praise and thank you endlessly. Thank you for all your gifts, you created us and loved us, we hurt you with our sin, and you forgave us, you accompanied us through an era of love, and you sent us your Son to be born from the purest and holiest of women. He lived to spread your name, heal our wounds and announce the Gospel of your kingdom. He accepted pain for us, he was scourged, mocked, and crucified. He died for us to give us salvation through his blood, and establish faith through his resurrection.
