With the intensification of foreign aid within the ME and the spread of the Delta variant, local governments are increasingly relying on their foreign partners.

The new strain made it clear that its transmission capabilities far exceed any known variant. In fact, the Delta is being recorded in most cases. As such, international assistance has somewhat increased although too very little avail.
